This relationship allows Peterson Roofing to supply any brand name roofing systems desired in a timely manner. Please let our sales personnel know if you have a particular brand preference. Through our “open door” policy we invite any prospective client to come to our warehouse to meet our people, peruse our many thousands of samples and generally get to know us. Peterson Roofing is fully licensed to operate in Illinois with roofing license #104-002674 and is licensed and bonded to operate within your city limits (Tax I.D. #36-3234 016). In addition, Peterson Roofing carries all necessary insurances to protect its customers. Peterson Roofing will supply you with your roof bid, copies of insurance certificates and references for your records. As required by law, you are provided with EPA information on lead and the State of Illinois – Consumer Rights Pamphlet.
Peterson Roofing takes care of all local compliance needs. We obtain all necessary permits and arrange for Village final inspections. All of the work done will meet or exceed National Roofing Contractor Association standards and those of our material manufacturers.
Peterson Roofing requires no deposit or payment to begin work. Payment is expected in full at the completion of work. At final payment, we will provide a written manufacturer’s warranty, a written labor guarantee, Peterson Roofing roof bond, and a final waiver of lien.
