Peterson Roofing provides industry leading warranties and guarantees on all new roof installations. Instead of being just a line item on your contract (not legally binding), our warranties and guarantees are separate, legal documents signed by us stating exactly what is covered and the duration of coverage.

James W. Peterson’s Personal Guarantee (Residential Only)

Owner, James W. Peterson, is so confident of the work performed by Peterson Professionals; he is willing to personally guarantee it, in writing.  What does this mean to you?  Well, in our industry, it is not uncommon for companies to go bankrupt, change their name or offer invalid warranties.  His guarantee ensures that no matter what happens to Peterson Roofing, Mr. Peterson will personally see to it that any repairs that need to be serviced will be taken care of.

Our commitment is signed, in writing. Peterson Roofing warrants all of its materials including felts, shingles, flashings, sealants, fasteners and roof accessories will be watertight and free from defects due to faulty workmanship during the applicable warranty period. The company will correct any deficiencies, according to the terms, at no cost to the customer.

We use some of the industry’s best quality roofing products. Most manufacturers’ materials offer warranty against defects on their products. Peterson Roofing extends all manufacturer warranties to its clients.

As a CertainTeed SELECT Shingle Master Premier Contractor (Only 1% of contractors qualify), Peterson Roofing can offer you SureStart Plus extended warranties. Every Peterson Roof includes an upgraded 130 MPH wind warranty (From 110 MPH) and an upgrade to the 5-Star Warranty (See chart below).
